This Privacy Policy explains how Copper Onyx, LLC (“Copper Onyx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit copperonyx.com (the “Site”) or contact us. Copper Onyx is a digital venture studio owned by Sawyer Holdings, LLC.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. If you join our launch-updates list, we collect your email address so we can notify you when a new venture goes live. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include (such as your name and message).

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This helps keep the Site secure and operational.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not request payment information through the Site.

2. How we use information

• To send you the launch updates and announcements you signed up for (you can unsubscribe at any time);
• To respond to and follow up on emails you send us;
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

4. Third-party services

The Site relies on a few third-party services that may process limited data under their own privacy policies:

• Netlify — website hosting;
• MailerLite — stores our launch-updates email list and sends those announcements; your email address is shared with MailerLite when you sign up.

5. Cookies & tracking

The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not currently run third-party analytics or marketing trackers. Limited essential technical storage may be used to make the Site function. If our practices change, we will update this Policy.

6. Data retention

We keep your email address on our updates list until you unsubscribe, and we keep messages you send us for as long as needed to respond and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your rights”).

7. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@copperonyx.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. We do not sell personal information.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International visitors

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
